Property Enterprises, Inc. dba PEI Management Group (PEI) is an SBA minority woman-owned small disadvantaged business. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 2005, by President/CEO, Dionnie E. Bolar, PEI focuses on providing professional, scientific, and technical support services to government and private sector organizations. PEI started its first government contracting opportunities with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Department of Veteran Affairs– Fannie Mae as a subcontractor in the real estate and financial services industry. PEI also has provided warehousing and courier and administrative service.
